History

In 1953, Jack Mayfield opened Bar Mart in Fort Worth, Texas. He provided the basic service of delivering bar and restaurant supplies to customers in North Texas. In 1989, the Benefield family took ownership and relocated Bar Mart to its current location in the River Bend Business Park. Under their ownership, Bar Mart has had considerable sales growth by not only expanding its product base but also by continuing to personalize services offered to our customers.

Finally, Bar Mart is able to offer competitive pricing by purchasing supplies by the truckload on a regular basis from manufactures such as Libbey Glass, First Foods, and Cardinal Straw. How Can I Buy from Bar Mart?

There are two ways you can purchase products from Bar Mart. You can come by our office at 2510 Gravel Drive and view our sample showroom Monday through Friday from 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. If you prefer, we can send a sales representative out to visit with you at your place of business. Since Bar Mart distributes products from companies with over 100,000 items we do not publish a pricelist. We will, however, put together an individualized price quote based on products your business is currently using and items you may be interested in adding. If you would like to purchase products from us and are not located in our delivery area (see our delivery routes on our contact us page), contact us as we would like to work with you on getting product delivered through freight lines.
